Samsung Galaxy Beam 2 with built-in projector launched in China

Samsung's successor to the Galaxy Beam, the Galaxy Beam 2 with built-in projector  has been launched in China.However, the company has not revealed the pricing and availability of the device.The smartphone will be available in China via the world's largest carrier,China Mobile.

The Samsung Galaxy Beam 2 comes with a 4.66-inch WVGA TFT display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels.It is powered by 1.2 GHz unspecified quad-core processor paired with 1 GB of RAM.It comes with a 5-megapixel rear camera with Autofocus and LED flash while there is a 0.3-megapixel (VGA).The device runs on Android 4.2 Jelly-Bean and comes with expandable storage upto 64 GB via micro SD card.It packs in 2,600 mAh of battery.
The highlight of the device is it's projector on the top which comes with WVGA resolution.The Beam 2 also comes with a 'stylish metallic design' on the exterior which the company calls 'natural craftsmanship'.
